By agreeing to receive any of the services offered by Patti Sinclair, the client agrees that any information received is subject to the client's own interpretation.

The information received in any form (workshop, group reading or private reading) in no way constitutes legal, financial, marital, psychological or business
consulting. Those who find themselves in need of these types of professional assistance should seek that assistance through traditional means.

The work done through Patti Sinclair and "Within Reach" Spiritual Seminars is metaphysical in nature and should be viewed as such.

Patti does NOT claim to be a "clairvoyant", fortune teller or spiritual forecaster. Your own free will brings into REALITY your life choices. Your life and the
decisions you make are your own and NO ONE elses to determine.

Disclaimer

Patti Sinclair will only conduct private readings with or have group participants over the age of 18, unless they are accompanied to the appointment by a parent
or legal custodian. The accuracy of each and every reading will vary. Patti cannot make any promise as to what type of information will come through. Patti
also disclaims any and all liability for losses, misunderstandings or damages associated with advice that comes through during your reading. If a client is dissatisfied with a reading, they may claim financial reimbursement for that reading by voicing their dissatisfaction within the first 30 minutes of the reading.

Reminder

Please be reminded that no reading by any professional in the spiritual profession is 100% accurate. We caution you to be focused on your own inner
beliefs and follow that counsel first and foremost. You have the strength and and inner power that spiritual readers have. Ask their advice on how to tap
into it.

Refunds and Cancellations

All readings are to be paid in full prior to the session. ALL pre paid readings are subject to a $75 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Should you wish to reschedule your appointment time, or apply your payment to one of Patti's day or weekend workshops, the office manager will be happy to arrange this for you. The cancellation fee for sessions with four or more particpants is $25/pp. This applies to ALL group readings and prepaid gallery style settings.

*All cancellations should be received in the office seven days prior to the session. All appointments cancelled within seven days of your scheduled session will be subject to additional fees at the discretion of the office manager.

Should you need to cancel your appointment with Patti, for ANY reason, the office suggests that you simply apply your fee to another session time or workshop. Each client has up to six months to apply their session fee to another appointment time or other service provided by Patti Sinclair or Within Reach Spiritual Seminars.
