Shipping Policy:

  1. Order Processing: Once your order for Medium, Patti Sinclair's Within Reach card deck is received, we will process it within 3-5 business days.

  2. Shipping Method: We offer standard shipping for all orders, using reputable shipping carriers. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. The exact amount will depend on your location and the chosen shipping method.

Return Policy:

  1. Eligibility: We accept returns for Medium, Patti Sinclair's Within Reach card deck within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Condition of the Product: To be eligible for a return, the card deck must be in its original, unopened packaging and in unused condition. It should not have any signs of damage, wear, or alteration.

  3. Return Process: a. Contact Customer Support: Prior to returning the product, please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. Provide them with your order details and reason for the return. b. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed. c. Packaging and Shipment: Securely package the card deck, including all original accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item back to the designated address provided by our customer support team. d. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, product defect).

  4. Refund Process: a. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned card deck, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria mentioned above. b. Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. c. Non-Refundable Items: Any shipping costs incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.
